Houghton. - The wrecked freight train at L'Anse made it necessary to transport express and baggage and the passenger trains were about an hour late on Thursday and Friday.
Houghton. - Dr. Mason, surgeon to the D. S. S. & A. road went to L'Anse Thursday noon to attend to Con Harrington, the wounded engineer..
Marquette.- At 2 o'clock this morning con Harrington, the engineer injured in the runaway on L'Anse hill and now at Champion hospital, was resting easier though he complained of some pain in his chest. It is now feared that his arm will have to be amputated by the physicians having him in charge expect that he will come through the ordeal all right.
