Log Train
Ishpeming - At 5 o'clock Tuesday morning a log train was partially wrecked at Brown's siding, a small station three miles west of Champion on the line of the South Shore. The wreck compelled the passenger trains on that road to come into Ishpeming over the C&NW during the forenoon. The track was cleared of the wreckage in a few hours. Very little damage was done by the accident and better yet, nobody was hurt.
