April 6, 1887 - Ran ahead of time coupled with L. L. Wood's
engine to Eagle Mills. Laid off for eight days.
May 18, 1887 - Had orders to wait arrival of Allen Cowden when
he thought had come but met him on main line.
Laid off five days.
June 11, 1887 - Met engine no. 5 at Lake Angeline
January 2, 1888 - Burnt crown sheet engine no. 21, caused by
shortage of water. Suspended one month.
May 27, 1888 - Ran off open switch in Marquette yard. Suspended
15 days.
July 11, 1891 - Suspended from July 11 to 25 for following passenger
train Eagle Mills to Marquette with light
engine and caboose. He did not wait at Eagle Mills time
required by conductor.
December 27, 1893 - Suspended till January 27, 1894 for
running Thomaston and then having to double
to Lake Gogebic for water and for running off
derailing track which was set against him at
Sidnaw interlocker switch.
Left to December 16, 1884. Ran passenger engine from that date
until June 26, 1887. On freight then passenger engine. Was off
passenger service the above time on account of not being considered
competent.
