Baraga, Sept. 16 - the colored man who fell, Thursday, from the locomotive of the south-bound passenger train has been found. both his legs were broken and he was otherwise badly injured. The cows which were run into at the same time, were killed. They belonged to Thomas Nester and james McRandle, who will no doubt be paid for their animals, but the poor darky whoose legs are off is powerless to recover damages, as he was built of iron and had no vote.
