The following circular was issued from the office of the superintendent of the DSS&A yesterday.
Marquette, Mi. April 27, 1884 [* 1888]
To All Concerned:
Mr. C. E. Lytle has been appointed Trainmaster and Chief Train Dispatcher of the Mackinaw and Houghton divisions, vice S.B. Floeter, resigned; to take effect April 29.
He will have charge of trainmen, train service, operators and station service, and as such his orders must be respected.

Mr. Lytle comes from the Buffalo, Rochester & Pittsburgh and is now in the city ready to assume the duties of his office. Mr. Floeter who resignation is noted, has been in the service of the DM&M and the DSS&A for several years. He has many friends in Marquette who will regret to have him leave the city.
