Notice
Hereafter the telegraph operators will be kept informed as to the arrival and departure of train [*trains] from this place, and all parties desiring train information must ring up "central," and not the South Shore train dispatchers' office. The constant interruption caused by the telephone calls have become an unbearable annoyance to the dispatchers, and this step has been taken to allow them to do their work when a train happens to be late without being compelled to tell 20 or 30 inquirers by telephone just why the train isn't on time, when it will probably arrive, etc., etc., etc.
