Collecting Board Bills
The management of the DSS&A have decided to discontinue the practice of collecting board bills for employes who remain in the service as is shwon [*shown] by the following notice.

To All Concerned:
The practice of collecting board bills for men remaining in the service, not affecting any additinal [*additional] necessity to the people in whose interest the collections are made, and being decidedly annoying to us, will be discontined [*discontinued] after September 1.
For the present we will continue to collect board of men leaving the service, in which case the bills should be sent promptly to the headquarters of the department as heretofore to insure collection.
