A Change is Announced
The following circular is self-explanatory:

Marquette, Mi., January 18, 1889
The office of trainmaster has this day been abolished. Mr. C. E. Lytle has been appointed Chief Train Dispatcher, with headquarters at Marquette, and Mr. J. C. Hyde, assistant, with headquarters at Thomaston.
Mr. Lytle will have charge of the movement of trains east of Houghton and Nestoria and Mr. Hyde west of Nestoria.
