The DSS&A ore shipping office has been removed from the old cramped quarters to more commodious apartments in the old custom house building. The first apartment is to be given up entirely to the officers of vessels, who can spin their yarns or otherwise dispose of their time, without crowsing for elbow room. The accommodating shipping clerks occupy the adjoining room, previously occupied by the deputy inspectors of hulls and boilers. The new quarters were entered yesterday.
