The "Zenith City Shortline" (Duluth, South Shore & Atlantic Railway), has issued a little circular, with diagrams, showing the manner of loading logs on cars, and insisting cars be loaded in str4ict accordance with it. It annoys lumbermen, as it is impossible to comply with its requirements, and it gives conductors of log trains a chance to make themselves disagreeable."

The Duluth, South Shore and Atlantic Railway begins running log trains from Dead river to supply the new mill of Cleveland Sawmill Company at Marquette next week and the mill will start as soon as enough logs are in the booms.
