This indenture made the 17th day of July 1890, between the Negaunee and Palmer Railroad, a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Mi., party of the first part and The DSS&A Ry., a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Mi., and Wi., party of the second part, Witnesseth:
Whereas the railway of the party of the first part extends from Negaunee in the county of Marquette, Mi., at a point on the main line of the railway heretofore belonging to the MH&O Railroad to Palmer in the same county, a distance of about ten miles.
