Shall we arrange to purchase cars for through freight business from Duluth our people think we ought to buy fifteen thousands tons for Duluth, ten thousand tons at Thomas town, ten thousand tons divided between St. Ignace and Sault, calculated on one daily passenger train and four freight trains daily each way. We can arrange to get what we want at Duluth from time to time at three dollars and twenty five cents on board cars. Jos. McMillan, St. Ignace
